RIM sent out their monthly BlackBerry Connection: Enterprise Edge customer email today and it contained an interesting tidbit. In it RIM details some of the pre-installed apps and services that will ship on BlackBerry devices. Some of them point to definite upgrades while other point to later launches which is why this is interesting. For example Documents to Go Premium 3.0 is shipping in full for free along with an updated BlackBerry Maps 6.1. BlackBerry Protect is also getting version 1.1 along with Social Feeds bumping up to 2.0. On the other hand App World remains at 2.1 along with the IM clients staying at v2.5.
