BlackBerry PlayBook now available throughout the Benelux and Austria

PlayBook

As the Canadian tablet continues to conquer more and more markets literally every few weeks, it is a pleasure to announce that the BlackBerry PlayBook is now available in all three countries of one of Europe's most important regions for multinational trade. The Netherlands was introduced to the BlackBerry PlayBook back in June, while the other two Benelux countries - Belgium and Luxembourg - could taste the sweetness of RIM's tablet only a few days ago.

Consumers interested in the BlackBerry PlayBook in Belgium have the luxury of choosing from many different retail channels, such as retailers, carriers and IT resellers, but for those living in Luxembourg, the only way to happiness is currently through Lux GSM and/or Orange Luxembourg. But the Benelux is not alone participating in the BlackBerry PlayBook fest - the german speaking population of Austria was also given the gift of RIM, making the BlackBerry PlayBook available across various retailers and carriers in the country. Individuals looking to enhance their daily lives with the BlackBerry PlayBook can immediately buy one starting at 479€ for the 16GB Wi-Fi model. For higher capacities, look into paying 579€ for 32GB and 679€ for 64GB.

Regional Managing Director at RIM, Arnaud Bret, shares his excitement with encouraging words for both the individual and enterprise customer: "We are very excited to be delivering this innovative tablet which delivers a truly unique and satisfying mobile experience that appeals to both consumers and business users." So, any CrackBerry readers in Europe without a BlackBerry PlayBook planning to buy one in the near future? If so, let us know in the comments!
